Two copies, purchased at the same time, failed almost immediately after the expiration of the warranty period - synchronously. After 14-15 months, almost simultaneously, both of them completely stopped communicating with their phones. Checked: it's not about phones. No tricks to ate the application and reconnect devices had any result. The support service did not report anything intelligible, except that the warranty period had expired (otherwise we didn’t know without them, yeah!). And even the latter was brought to our attention not immediately (although the date of purchase of the bracelets was named by him immediately), but a day after they promised support. Basically, don't waste your money.
