So helpful! Suitable for muffin and cupcake tins

This is one of my favorite things I've ever overlooked. My kids love cupcakes/cupcakes. They're portable and easy to transport, but I've consistently abstained from making them and just baked a whole cake/casserole instead. Every muffin tin I've ever had has failed me! Cupcakes have always meant a lot of gluing and then a lot of washing. They just weren't worth it! In the end I decided to use a silicone pan. MY GOD! I love this shop! NOTHING stuck in this pan at all. I've baked muffins, muffins, egg cans, and even used them to freeze food. For example, if I make a giant pot of rice, I fill a muffin tin and freeze individual portions. Once frozen, I take them out the next day and keep them in a freezer bag. These pans give me more options in the kitchen and I'm very happy with the price. Wow! Nevertheless, it is a slightly different baking experience. Silicone molds are thin, so when baking or freezing, it can be helpful to place a baking sheet underneath for extra support. All in all a great product and I would say a phenomenal gift idea!
