It's just great! It is very beautiful and well built. It features a working jog dial, as well as state-of-the-art speakerphone and redial capabilities! It's durable and hangs securely. It's heavy enough to feel like you're going nowhere, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable. The color is classic black. It has an almost soft sheen instead of glitter. The style is great, especially considering the price. We haven't installed it yet, so I can update the review afterwards, but we got all the necessary details. It seems easy to install. This was our second purchase of a rotary phone. The first was of a different brand and model and due to the poor quality of this product (certainly not this one!) we sent it back. So it shows that we wanted to keep this one! Good product. Updated 2/24/20: The case switch doesn't work properly and when you dial a number in speakerphone mode it makes a harsh sound like you're pointing a microphone at the speaker. I hope the seller will fix it.
