When I heard that Mr. Van had a one-stop shop for men's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I was ecstatic since I take men's style very seriously. Unfortunately, my interactions with this shop were not positive. To begin, there was a dearth of sizes and styles in their apparel assortment. I was dismayed to see that their products were of poor quality, with loose threads and a flimsy feel to the fabric. The available footwear wasn't much better, too; I quickly developed blisters and aching feet from their unpleasant and badly constructed designs. Mr. Van's evidently values quantity over quality in their selection of footwear. Their jewelry collection, on the other hand, was largely tacky and unattractive. Their "unique" tie clips, for example, looked like they were acquired from a dollar store and were a cheap counterfeit of the real thing. Mr. Van's convenience store was not what I had hoped it would be. If you care about looking well and feeling confident in what you buy, I suggest looking elsewhere. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
