We are a very good car dealership, all technicians have a red stamp. We installed 3 stepper motors at GM, none worked. Bought 3 more locally, all worked. The tools are good, the suction cup is cool and comfortable, but the motors suck. I'm not sending it back because I'm pretty sure I won't get my shipping cost and exchange back. Please let us know if this isn't the case, but we'll probably just leave that to the tools. I will no longer buy from this seller. **Update** The supplier sent my account a $0.40 refund notice (I'm not sure the actual amount, but I'm glad they offered it since I didn't ask ).
