This is a bargain price and it shows. The shank is custom sized, but that's only an issue if you're trying to use certain styles of collets. The real problem is that the cutting edge isn't the "highest" point of each groove, at least not along its entire length. So it works if the hole size falls in the right place. I have a tool and grinder, so I fix mine, but if you can't, know they may or may not work for you.
