To save money. and the environment!

We use these silicone trays every time we cook in our baking pans: vegetables, chicken, potatoes, everything. While you can put them in the dishwasher, I find it easier to just wash them while they're in the pan. There's a bit of a slimy residue left after many washes, but I'd like to think it adds flavor. :) It's a good substitute for foil and I can't remember the last time we had to buy another roll. I feel really good about how much less trash we get after dinner every night. Excellent purchase.
