Outstanding product -* Robust design. Doesn't bend easily. *Available sizes are perfect for the collar on all my shirts (see note below for longer collars) *Metal provides magnetic hold with small powerful magnets holding the collar tip in place. *I run small sizes due to my shirt style and height (15.5, 32/33). Now for the collars: I have a shirt with a very large collar. Obviously I'm using big feet and have found that there is still room in the slot. The rounded end of the post should protrude slightly after assembly. This is for anyone who has a big collar shirt. Hope that helps.
