I'll double check my rating of the company and give them 5 stars because they really took responsibility and sent a new toaster to replace the faulty one. . I would buy from this company again just because they stand behind their product! It worked fine for the first 3 weeks, not perfect, but I figured I'd have to get used to it. But it keeps losing heat, if we set it to 450 it doesn't even get to 325. That's why it takes so long to cook something. The roast is slightly better, but not too hot. I like the lighting feature in it, but it doesn't compensate for the uneven heating temperature. I hope the company will endorse their product and get it right. We've had it for less than 6 months and every time we use it it gets worse, it's very frustrating when something is cooked in 25 minutes and it takes 50 minutes sometimes longer. It's a waste of time and energy so I'm hoping the company will replace it or give us a loan so we can buy a working toaster. Our last toaster lasted 5 years (not that brand) so I know I'm not expecting much from this one.
