I like best is it's ease of use (the tool itself) and its ability to provide detailed reports for our customers at every step in their journey with us - from initial engagement through onboarding.
The user interface could be more intuitive but we have found ways around this issue by using other tools available online or within Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint etc., which has helped tremendously! We've been able to gather data about customer experiences before they become known internally because of how easy it was for me to get feedback without ever having spoken directly to them. This allowed senior leaders here time to focus elsewhere while also being kept up-to date so not missing any opportunities along the way!!
