I have a liter box in my bedroom. My cat is special so I have to scoop at least every 3 days; but I left 4 days before. At the same time I don't feel anything even going through an extra 4th day. I scoop, put a layer of it on, and then refill the bedding. That doesn't bother him and doesn't spoil the clumping of a litre. We have previously tried one of these new, lighter casts and he suffered from a runny nose and eyes for several days so I am concerned about changing his cast. It had no effect. I'm glad I bought 4 packs as I use them twice a week.
