Review on ASIAHORSE by Glen Elevyn

A failed audio sprint referred to as ASIAHORSE

I was looking for some new home audio equipment, and I happened into the ASIAHORSE internet store as I was doing my research. However, my experience with them left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that their collection appeared to be great at first glance. Their website was difficult to navigate, and it took me more time than it should have to locate the information that I required. After I had finally decided to buy something, the customer support that I received was unresponsive and useless. When I emailed them with a question regarding one of their products, I received a standard response that did not address the issue that I was having. The whole extent of my dissatisfaction became apparent once I had gotten my order. The ASIAHORSE RGB Strip I had bought appeared to be of poor quality and had a cheap appearance overall. The sound quality was not very good, and it did not work with my sound system in the way that it should have. To add salt to injury, their return policy was unclear and appeared to be geared to make the process of returning a goods as onerous as humanly possible. It's almost as if they don't want to take responsibility for the level of quality their items offer. My time spent with ASIAHORSE was, on the whole, not very satisfying. My experience as a sprinter has taught me the value of a strong finish, but ASIAHORSE fell short in this regard. In the future, I will move my company's operations abroad.

Pros
  • exceptional product quality
Cons
  • There are no actual stores where customers can buy in person, hence prices may be higher than at comparable businesses.
