So I ordered this headset first and had a problem playing with only one side but luckily I was able to get a new pair. Now let me explain what the name means, the headset is great, if you have a little support then they are great. I got myself a program called "Boom3D" and it all works. Boom3D has taken this headset to the extreme with great surround sound. On the other hand, the mic is really good for it and I love the fact that you can pick it up when you're not using it. There is no congestion in the ears, which is a plus, so you won't get a headache after playing all day. Now I had some audio issues in the beginning when playing online games, but Boom solved that problem too. . And just so you know, the backup program is only $12, so you don't have to break the bank. I wouldn't expect too much from a budget headset, but if you have something that actually supports them, they will prove to be a great investment.
