I like how easy it was for me as an end customer (consumer) of their service/product - which they called "tApp".
The fact there were no hidden fees or charges meant this made my decision easier than if i had been given some sorta 'hard sell' approach from someone who wanted money upfront! Their support team are great too!! Not much so far but all good things come with trial periods :) We're using them mainly because our customers love having access via smartphone app rather then through website etc., however; not sure yet whether its worth continuing down these lines? Currently only available within US market territory though looking into expanding internationally soon enough hopefully ;).
