From about the 5th of November onward, I utilized it extremely carefully to ensure that no rain nor moisture entered. Since more than 14 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return. This has resulted in my being once again cut off from the outside world and without a working phone. Not to mention, we're broke. I used birthday gift money to make the purchase. Online shopping is something I have never done, and evidently not in vain. The phone isn't even a month old, so there's no need in carrying it around or fixing it yourself. And he had been encased in glass from day one. Use only the supplied charger to charge. I've tried several different chargers today, but none of them have worked. Screen remains black and device refuses to charge. And so it goes. As there is currently nothing to shoot or even call about, I am unable to upload an image.
