EDIT***** The seller contacted me immediately and solved the problem quickly! Thanks very much! I just received them 3 days ago. They do an excellent job of charging, but one of them has already broken. The black coating has already been stripped off the white wire. I wanted a replacement but Revain told me they were out of stock and my only option was to return 3 of these for a refund. I can't afford to lose them all as my kids use them to charge their homeschool devices. I would be grateful if the seller would contact me to replace the damaged one as there is no seller contact information here. Thanks in advance!
