Works perfect if you look it the right way
I was dissatisfied at first because my screws were too short but then I realized I had plastic to the rear. The screw hole tapers to one side. Once I flipped the plastic properly, the screws fitted snugly. They are ideal for use with smart lightbulbs that require the switch to remain on so guests and children cannot turn it off. I also put one in the kitchen so I don't accidentally turn on the garbage chute when I'm trying to turn on the light switch next to it.
