Really great slicer and really fair price.
I love this cheese cutter. I make and sell sausage boards for a living, so I end up slicing a lot of cheese! I regularly cut rounds of goat cheese, and logs of goat cheese can be very brittle and break easily. This cheese slicer effortlessly cuts clean slices and allows me to get the most out of my product. It was a great find!
