Good quality! These cutters are approximately 20-30% larger than the standard cutters you'll find in major department stores. I think it's big and allows adding more detail to the cookie. One way to make your baked cookies look like a cookie cutter is to chill the cut cookie dough on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes before placing in the oven. This helps avoid thin edges.
