Now with my MorningStar SunSaver MPPT 15A solar controller. The data provided is very helpful and appears to be accurate. Once you become familiar with the menu structure, you will have a lot of technical data at your disposal. A 30 foot RJ-10 (6-pin) cable length is more than sufficient for most installations. I use a T-connector on the other end of the cable so I can also connect the data stream to my computer (one or the other - can't use both at the same time). If you look at this counter in the dark of night, the text is legible. , but in most other local lighting situations you may need to install a light source nearby to read the data. In the future I plan to add a shaded LED above the screen.
