I bought them and used them on a trip. It's coming off at the seams. The product conforms to the description of some and the stitching shows the threads and feels tight. I am disappointed that it fell apart so quickly rendering it unusable. For me it's like wasting money. This is certainly not normal wear and tear. They are almost never used. I love designs. They look very nice, but I didn't buy them to look at. UPDATED 18/18 FEBRUARY 2 stars for bags 5 stars for customer service Well Traveled contacted me and was very helpful. I will say that the bags obviously still have the same issues I mentioned. But the customer service and response was excellent. There seems to be an issue with the way Revain filters communication between buyers and sellers, and this initially made it difficult for us to connect. Once we were able to communicate it was a pleasure to deal with the representative.
