No more guesswork. The BT705 tester will give you good news or bad news.

I am a professional engineer and have kept an eye on several of these battery testers. We have one that gave us the job, but it's a joke. I could test the same battery twice with the device my employer gave me and it would give me two different results. Foxwell BT705 arrived ahead of schedule with no shipping damage. The device is easy to navigate. I have several batteries in my garage. Tested three of them and it correctly identified the faulty battery. I just charged the battery in my truck. Tested and BT705 claimed to have detected a surface charge and instructed me to turn on the headlights to discharge them. The working group has never done this before. He also asks whether there is a battery in the car or not. Several of my fellow techs have used it and I think we should have a few in stock soon. Great tool for the price. Comes in a sturdy case with a lock. Flip-down view of the interruption. Very happy with this purchase. Continued, 7-31-18. I have now bought two more for other technicians in the shop. One had a problem with read errors. When connected to a 12 volt battery, it only reads less than one volt. My 30 day window with Revain had expired so I contacted the company directly. After a few email exchanges, I sent it back ($13:00) and exchanged it for a new unit. The new device works great for my tech colleague. Customer support was great too.
