I've used it from time to time when I've felt my fine lines were more pronounced. I'm 36 and can't pretend I'm 25 anymore. This works great. I dilute it with Oil of Olay Daily Full Moisturizer because my skin is sensitive. Definitely reduces wrinkles and improves blemishes
