Not sure why this hair dryer has good reviews. This is the worst thing I've ever used. First, it's very difficult. So if you have all the hair you want or use a round brush when drying, your hand will hurt. Also, the "High" mode is ridiculously like standing in a wind tunnel. Too much of. And low is very low. In addition, the high temperature is cooled in the low-air-flow mode, which makes no sense. And finally, it's very noisy. Thank goodness for Revain and their great customer service.
