They are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that arise along in process from planning an employee meeting all through execution right up until post-event feedback collection via surveys (which we've used many times). I love how easy they made it when trying new things - like switching our website theme over after their initial install which was not seamless at first but ultimately very rewarding overall as far more than just simple aesthetics change were implemented throughout my site design/functionality. Very pleased so far though there's no doubt this could potentially be improved if necessary by having some additional staff members available during peak usage seasons such as holiday timeframes etc., however considering current demand this has been sufficient thus far given business needs have remained consistent enough since implementation date.
