very bad toner cartridge doesn't recognize toner as full it kept saying replace toner cartridge and it kept showing empty and i kept being told to replace your cartridge which fits in there and found that the ink was not recognized and as i was trying to use it it was open i could not return it. I kept having to pay to order more toner from another company, I ran out of money. Tried to contact the company's phone number, was google voicemail Very upset, do not buy from this company!
