This is a great product. I NEVER flossed, then I started seeing a new dentist who (unsurprisingly) told me to floss. I decided on a new dentist, new dental habits and was looking for something I could use. I am disabled and have limited use of my hands. This long handle dental floss is excellent. It comes with 8 heads to get you started. The heads are easy to attach and remove, even I can easily do it. It has been designed so that you can use the crank levers for both. Each head will last for several days, especially if washed off after each use. You can't use it to get a permanent retainer or if you have braces it won't work.
