They basically just cover my ass and that's it. For inner pants, of course. The length of the skirt is amazing! Its high waist and leaves 2-3 inches off my knee! It's a little longer than my fingertips so I can wear it to school without breaking the dress code. The material is more like a tennis skirt, it is stretchy and light. Although the pleats of the skirt don't have much shape, this can be an issue when washing. I recommend hanging to dry and washing in cold water to prevent shrinkage. I am very happy with this purchase! I'm pretty sure I bought a medium, I wear a size 6 in jeans and dresses, if you are too then a medium will do! If you want more coverage for your bum, go for a large one, but the elastic is great for a medium size! I would say crop tops would look really cute in them or baggy shirts/hoodies kinda flexibility wise! A simple look is also suitable, such as flannel, a white t-shirt, a fishnet skirt and boots or sneakers. Overall a great purchase!
