I'd say if my only cat (9lbs) decides to go for it with an object he can knock it over absolutely none problems. But he is a very active yearling and only does this once every 3-4 days. Another cat may find this addition embarrassing, as they basically insist on biting them instead of scratching them. (It's a good thing they're neutered/neutered.) In any case, the size runs large when used as intended, as the height allows cats to fully stretch vertically. Also, the cactus design is fun. The product was also easy to assemble.
