Both units are defective and have been returned

Should have trusted the reviews. Both units are defective. Tested on different devices. No connection. Each wire/contact has been checked for continuity. There was a lack of continuity in some lines and no wiring in others. Also, one unit was 1 inch longer than the other. Zero Quality Assurance. Find another manufacturer.
