My first impression when I opened the box was wow, this thing is tiny. I'm honestly amazed at how well this works right off the bat, not to mention how well it works despite being so small. This detector was a huge upgrade from the somewhat outdated escort I had used for several years. I decided it was time to upgrade after recently getting a ticket. So far I haven't had any problems with it and I don't see any possible problems either. With my caretaker I just turned off the K-band to avoid unnecessary alerts, but now with GPS locking I can keep all bands active without fear of the entire band being permanently disabled, which is a huge plus . I also ordered a visor mount. that you can see in the photo puts the information right in the driver's field of vision. This has allowed me to turn the volume down a lot so I don't have to worry about warnings waking up my two toddlers in the back seat. I can definitely recommend this radar detector. It comes pre-programmed with the most common settings and I didn't have to change them at all.
