First of all, I would like to point out that with the front clip closed, this bag looks like a grumpy old man's face. i really like it :) Anyway, I'm not very impressed with it. Mainly because it looks like a mini diaper bag. Although if that's what you're looking for, that would be great. It has a clip on the outer main part of the bag (an angry old man's face) that closes a large bag with an elasticated edge. Not sure if it's insulated but it's very thick and quilted. This is the most notable feature of diaper bags. It has two large zipped pockets - one with organization and a zipped inner compartment and one without. In addition, there is a handy hidden pocket on the back, ideal for a mobile phone. I am a large breasted girl and I found that when worn as a backpack it fits oddly even with the strap fully extended. I'm a size 18 and I think you were even a size or two too big so it might be awkward to wear crossbody, but you can wear it on one arm like any other bag. In general, if I saw it live, I would probably turn it down.
