EXCHANGE SOMEBODY?!?
My daughter loves this bracelet and wears it every day (never in the shower). I was able to scale it back down, but it looks a bit off-center. It didn't work as hard as it used to. I'm afraid my heart will break and be lost when/next that happens. I tried contacting the company to see if I could send out a new bracelet and exchange this one, but Revain only gives me the option to buy another one, so it's a little frustrating.
