Glad I bought this simple, easy to use thermometer with no fuss. I can just stick it in a cooked chicken and get the temperature almost instantly, which is exactly what I need. I hate those complicated ones with a little box that tells you if it's medium rare etc. They never work properly. Hooray for a thermometer that only reads the temperature!
