of the first one I bought is still running. Never had a problem. The second is stupid. I'm on my third transfer. The used one obviously says that it was originally owned by "FREG". I hope that works. After calling the company several times, they forced me to change the battery brand, memory card, etc. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do it as I bought it through Revain. Most of the staff I spoke to were pleasant. Some not so much, suggesting it was my fault. I will never buy this model again. You shouldn't get upset. Use the replacement for a few weeks, no problems. I had to move it to another location, about 50ft. Bingo! stopped working There are no more night shots. I took the batteries out, let them sit for 30 minutes (on the advice of one of the techs on previous phone calls), put the batteries back in: NOTHING. Very, very frustrating. DO NOT BUY THIS! November: still not working. Factory reset shows it is an old 2015 model. Worst product, worst technical support. DO NOT BUY !
