We have been using this footbath for a few months now and are very satisfied. It's easy to use, reliable, and well designed. I'll address a couple of issues that other reviews have commented on that just aren't a problem: 1. I have a size 12 male foot and there is enough room to roll my feet back and forth on roller skates. Plenty of room for toes.2. The reels are not sharp as some have reported. They are plastic and rounded and if you have sensitive feet I can see that after a while they can be uncomfortable. Just take them out during your soaking session. Small protrusions on the bottom feel comfortable and help clean the soles of the feet.3. Yes, it says there is a spout, but it isn't. But REALLY GUYS, it's a BAD. When you're done, simply pour it down the sink, toilet, or bathtub. It's not heavy because it doesn't hold a ton of water. A drain hose is not required as the drain hose must come out of the bottom of the unit and you still have to lift it up to empty. The drain pipe is just something else that can break or go bad. It's a bathtub, so just pour it out.4. Heat. Yes it heats the water, and yes if you lie down for half an hour it can heat up. So just turn it to the position where the heating is off. After the water cools down a bit, turn it back on the heater settings. Very easy. If you lack feeling in your feet, you should control the temperature with your fingers so that it doesn't get too hot. Just common sense. I use it with tea tree oil and salts and it's great for relaxing my feet and relieving calluses and dry skin. which means he has to train the muscles. If you don't like that feeling, then just don't put the rollers on the floor. No problem. This is a great device and I can only recommend it. It was well packaged and worked right out of the box. I would definitely buy it again.
