Purchased to reduce the weight of the suspension and as I get older to raise the tail to add a roller/dolly to move my sled. After reading many reviews I wasn't sure if this would lift the sled high enough. Also, I was wondering about the snow cover on the back of the sled - I was wondering if the guard had been moved too far to allow the stand to be positioned to lift the machine. It worked in the end, I put some pressure on the rear snow grate but still had room to lift it. I'll comment on the "up" position of the included pin so the arm doesn't fall off by itself and go through the hole. I just use a smaller diameter carriage bolt and nut for security. Overall I am very happy with the product and will be purchasing a second one for my son's sleigh.
