Review on ALAIX by Nick Griffith

I am always interested in trying out new online apparel, shoe, and accessory retailers, so I couldn't wait to check out ALAIX. My interactions with the business have been negative, unfortunately. To begin, the website's disorganized design made it frustrating to locate the information I needed. I spent a lot of time looking through their inventory, but couldn't locate anything that interested me. When I did decide to buy something, I was let down by the craftsmanship. The shoes I ordered were too big and the jewelry I got was of poor quality. Some items were too small for me while others were too big, and I was surprised to discover that this was the case across sizes. Even worse, I couldn't get a response from customer service when I attempted to request a refund or exchange. After several tries and weeks of waiting, I eventually got a response, but the issue was still not resolved to my satisfaction. In general, I did not enjoy working with ALAIX. Their customer service and overall quality of their goods both left much to be desired. I will not be using their services again or recommending them to anyone.
