No joy in buying the product, it's not good.
Right off the bat, I'll admit that the ability to lower background noise was a top concern of mine. I activated the noise canceling feature on my headphones. Next to me, the TV was humming away silently. We can confidently say that any noise-reduction impact is null and void because it is so negligible. If this function is crucial to you, don't throw away your money. For the price, the sound quality is adequate (up to 4).
