The wallet was packaged very well. Some items were individually wrapped, as were the purse handles. The quality of the handbag, brush, powder compact, varnish and lipstick is first class. My granddaughter didn't care about the smartphone and was frustrated with the remote control. She wanted the buttons to do something. The text was a little confusing as the words 'Remote Key' and 'Interactive' led me to believe that the remote actually makes noise. That's why I gave four stars instead of five. Otherwise I'm very impressed with the quality. the wallet itself, especially the zipper.
