I bought these to use as going-home booties, hoping they’d fit right at birth. They are quite roomy, but they did stay on!I decided to use them again while wearing my little guy in a ring sling carrier; his feet were outside the carrier, and I wanted them covered while he was wearing an outfit that didn’t have footed pants. I was concerned that a bootie could fall off without me noticing, but they stayed on for a couple of hours while I walked, sat, bounced, and even nursed my 2-week-old. I pulled the strap snug & wondered whether the small amount of contact the hook&loop (velcro) had to hold would be an issue, but it held well. See photos for how little was gripping - less than half!They are showing some pulling after just a handful of uses, but I think the pills can be pulled off to make it look better, and I’m not terribly concerned about that. Still cute & they still cover his feet!
