Review on BoxWave TinyMount Windshield Adjustable Smartphones by Ryan Reed

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Just what I needed for my phone

First: Clean the dash REALLY well, let it dry, then tape the base separately and let it sit for a day or two. This thing works GREAT. With so many different sized phones on the market, it will fit many of them. Due to the heat my car experiences in the sun, the suction cup hasn't come loose yet, nor has the adhesive on the base plate, which is excellent. I also like the fact that it can be folded to keep the phone out of the way. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is that I noticed the ball joint was a little loose, but that's probably due to the weight. My phone. My LG MyTouchQ has an oversized battery, so it's quite thick and heavy for most holders. I can even turn my phone on and off with one hand. Only one side is spring loaded to move, so slide that side in first and push your phone in.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Expensive
