I had pain in my back upper tooth. DDS gave me RX to kill someone. I stumbled across this product and gave up on RX. I used it every day and the pain subsided and I felt better after a few days. The only thing that took me getting used to was the strength of the product. After using it for a few days, you will get used to the strength. I recommend this product over any other mouthwash.
