I'm very skeptical about everything that has to be fluffy because it's usually not of very good quality. Most furry items require you to see them in person before you buy them, but this is different. It's incredibly soft! I have two quilts in my quilt so now it acts like a weighted blanket. I wasn't sure if it would be transparent enough or not that it would take on the color of the blanket I have in it, but it doesn't. At night you don't need to turn on the heating because it's sooooo warm there! I even like the color. The description says it's beige, but for me it's more of a cream color, which is what I really wanted. My room is cream, blush and gray so it matches perfectly. I don't usually do reviews. I just send back the things I don't like and I'm done with that, but I felt compelled to say to those who are concerned, JUST DO IT! The only two things I would have preferred were that the pillowcases were fluffy and the zipper on the duvet might have opened wider on the other side because it took me a while to close the duvets but it's all gravy, Infant!
