Starter perfectly fits a 2004 Honda Pilot. All plugs and brackets perfectly match the original. It took about 40 minutes to remove and reinstall the battery tray which had to be removed to access the starter motor. It took less than 20 minutes to replace the starter itself. Job done for less than $100 and in about 1 hour I saved about $500 taking it to the dealer. Watch YouTube tutorial videos. This is a very simple fix.
