When I first used it I wasn't so happy - it left streaks. I abused it on my ceramic tile floors - I poured too much product in the sprayer and didn't turn on the fan so it dries faster. Now here's what I do: 1. Correctly measure the amount of cleaner versus water based on the bottle.2. Put it in a spray bottle.3. Turn on the ceiling fan.4. Spray the floor piecemeal and then mop with a steam mop, starting at the back of the room and working your way backwards to the front of the room, NEVER stepping on the drying floor.4. When you get to the edge of the room, close the door so my little kids can't enter, leave the room for about 10 minutes and let the fan dry the floor. I see a brilliant shine in my ceramic tiles. It doesn't look shiny because it's ceramic and not granite or marble, but it looks so clean, almost soft and shimmering. Now I love mopping floors, almost looking forward to it.
