I'm 5ft 6in, 180lbs and have almost no hips or buttocks. I can wear NoBo (Walmart Juniors brand) size 13.8 women if they are tall and have a waist, but 10 fits better. I ordered the blue skirt when I was 13 and I love how it fits. It's long enough for me to wear to work, but when I took it out of my bag I thought it was a weekend outfit. If I had more butt, it would be too short. It felt comfortable, slightly stretchy. I haven't washed it yet and I haven't worn it for a long time.
