How it changed me. For a long time I thought I had bad internet service, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that my computer was my bottleneck, but what exactly was the cause? I have an old computer with a 2.4GHz wireless card and this ended up being a problem for me. I'm not tech savvy for such things, but instead of swapping out the card, all I had to do was buy a wireless adapter like this, plug it in, then remove the original 2.4GHz wireless card, and then connect to the 5GHz band establish a wireless connection on my router and Boom! The speed and quality of the connection is excellent compared to its predecessor. By the way, I didn't even realize I had a CD in the box until that was all complete, so it's not strictly necessary. (I don't read instructions. Too impatient.) The F/A+ I mentioned is from an online latency test that confirmed the difference it made for me.
