Knife with an impressive look. And it comes in an array of polluting birdhouses (I wonder how many trees have been sacrificed to impress me with elegant boxes and lids). It's a pity that the knife doesn't realize its potential. In short; that is hard. In fact, it's too heavy and the knife's balance point is halfway to the handle, making it awkward to use. After a short time of use, I feel like I've won the fight. I have to keep rearranging it in my hand. WEARY. This knife does not disappear in your hand like a good knife. A good knife, like my 10-inch Henkels chef's knife, is an extension of my hand; I'm not thinking of cutting or using it. He does his job without hesitation. I would return this knife, but I only have to pay for the shipping service to ship it across the US-Mexico border. It's cheaper to just give it away and replace my lost 3.5" Henkel paring knife with a new one. I cannot recommend the Saken paring knife.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Boring packaging
