Thermometer adaptor arrived with the wrong gasket. I'll have to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. Glass ware arrived ok. Appears to be high quality but should come with a plug for the double neck flask in case the thermometer doesn't fit the gasket

Typically for a small single stage distillation like this you would use a single necked flask for the pot. The picture is also misleading on the assembly and what parts are being received. I can''t tell if the thermometer provided has the proper taper to fit the 10/18 head fitting of the distillation head and is there a plug to fit the 24/40 joint on the 250 mL pot or do I need to have a second thermocouple and o-ring to slide into the provided fitting.
